I had a severe pain over the weekend and came to the clinic Monday morning without an appointment. The ladies at the front desk listened to my issue and set an emergency visit right away. By being able to make my visit totally stress and pain free ; ) Actually this is the first time since I was very young and had a bad experience that I can say I wasn’t too anxious, did not have to have the gas and after the staff talked me down off the ceiling I felt good about it. This was one of the better experiences in a dental office I’ve had. Kasia, the first lady to complete the first stage of treatment, was very keen on establishing a baseline of dental history without making me feel like I was being bombarded with questions.
