“I recently had a dental procedure to have caps put on to every tooth in my mouth. After years of grinding my teeth, both my upper and lower teeth had changed to the point where the appearance of my face was affected. I was beginning to have that sunken in look (similar to how people look when they have no teeth). This grinding also led to thinning of my upper and lower front teeth. They were so very thin that you could almost see through them. I had to worry about every bite of food since the next bite might make them crack.
